Herbed Goat Chevre Spread
Yields 2 Cups
8 oz Shiloh Farms Original Creamy Goat Chevre
8 oz cream cheese
¼ C. shallot, minced
¼ C. fresh dill, chopped
¼ C. fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1. In a food processor, combine chevre and cream cheese and blend until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until thoroughly incorporated.
3. Refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to combine.
4. Serve with crackers or crostini as an appetizer, or use in place of mayo on sandwiches.
Variation: Substitute an equal amount of plain yogurt for the cream cheese to make a quick and flavorful dip; serve with chips or crudités.
