Lower in calories than cheese made from cow’s milk, goat cheese is a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potassium, and Vitamin A. Because it contains short-chain fatty acids, it is also more easily digested, meaning that many who suffer from lactose intolerance can happily eat goat cheese.

Shiloh Farms Creamy Goat Chevre is available in three flavorful varieties: Original, Roasted Garlic & Chive, and Zesty Red Pepper. Our Whole Milk Ricotta comes in two convenient sizes: 4 oz and 8 oz. Enjoy on its own, alongside fruit and crackers, or as a tangy addition to sandwiches. Or why not try mixing up a batch of our Herbed Goat Chevre Spread (below) for you next get-together?
