Happy Gluten-Free Friday! It’s a Lima Bean Dip!

At Shiloh Farms, we love when people use our products in original recipes and share them with us. Our friend and popular blogger, April Marlow {GlutenHatesMe.com} recently made this yummy Lima Bean Dip using our gluten-free, organic baby lima beans. We loved Marlow’s recipe so much, you can find it featured on the back of packages of Shiloh Farms Gluten-Free, Organic Lima Beans.

This dip is the perfect gluten-free option for when you have guests over! Thanks for sharing, Marlow!


1 – 15 oz. bag of Shiloh Farms Organic, Gluten-Free Baby Lima Beans, cooked per packaged directions
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. freshly chopped thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
A sprinkle of dried minced onion


Process the cooked lima beans and lemon juice in your food processor until smooth. Add in the olive oil, minced onion, salt, and pepper.  Process until super smooth. Add in thyme and pulse twice. Serve with your favorite gluten-free chips or crackers or fresh veggies. You could even spread it on a sandwich!
