¼ cup Shiloh Farms Chia Seeds
¼ cup Shiloh Farms Flax Seeds (brown or golden)
¼ cup Shiloh Farms Pumpkin Seeds
¼ cup Shiloh Farms Sesame Seeds
¼ cup Shiloh Farms Sunflower Seeds
¼ cup Shiloh Farms Almond Flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions: Mix the seeds, cinnamon and almond flour together and store in a jar in the refrigerator. Each day, portion out the amount you wish to eat and grind in a seed grinder or blender. (It is more nutritious to eat freshly ground daily) Add oat bran, raisins, coconut or granola of your choice to the ground mixture along with your favorite liquid (juice or milk) to make a great nutritious cereal to start out the day. Adding bananas or fresh fruit is another added treat. You can even add this mixture to your hot cereal.
