Low-Calorie Delicious Oatmeal

  • Serves One
  • Total Calories = 311 calories



  1. Place oatmeal and milk in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook until oatmeal has almost fully absorbed the milk.
  3. Stir in maple sugar and brown sugar blend.
  4. Enjoy!
